Description:
Fixed counting afferent and efferent couplings. There were two mistakes:
1. Wrong counting Afferent Coupling - as every type that belong to the analyzed module - should be all types that depend on analyzed module.
2. Wrong counting both of couplings - as every occurence of type - should be count of types (classes).

As a reference - quotation from "Stability Article" By Robert C. Martin (http://www.objectmentor.com/resources/articles/stability.pdf):
"Ca : Afferent Couplings : The number of classes outside this package that depend
upon classes within this package.
Ce : Efferent Couplings : The number of classes inside this package that depend upon
classes outside this package."

Added support for xml namespace mapping prefixes. E.g. theme:ButtonChrome instead of just ButtonChrome Added support for known colors in a solid color brush. Previously it display the argb value (without the leading #). Added support for path data. (Previously output as "???")

Added support for TextWithId records. Fixed issue with complex content where the property value was a property. Fixed issue where a content property value could be mistaken for a markup extension. Fixed issue whereby an element should have been a ctor argument rather than a parameter. Added readability change to prefix single character keys with the string id value. Fixed issue whereby keys were assumed to be Type instances.
